The sight of students in PE attire running in the rain along Bukit Batok Road earlier this morning (Aug 31) caught the attention of STOMPer Lawrence, who was puzzled as to why the kids were allowed to run in inclement weather.

"I was in a car along Bukit Batok Road at about 8.20am this morning (Aug 31) and saw students running in their PE attire along the road when it was raining heavily.
"In fact, it had been already drizzling since a while earlier (I live in the area as well).
"It's puzzling that the school would make the students run outside knowing that there's a high possibility of rain, and on a day where most schools are celebrating teachers day.
"I wonder if these kids are being punished. If so, it seems draconian."
