Pet dogs in Woodlands kidnapped just so youths can claim cash rewards?

STOMPer Jean's dog went missing in Woodlands and she received word that a group of teenagers were holding on to her dog for the reward. The STOMPer feels this is a growing trend in her neighbourhood.

Said the STOMPer:

"Trend up in Woodlands, dogs kidnapped for rewards.

"Recently, there's a trend up in Woodlands.

"My dog was kidnapped by a group of teenagers.

"When I was going around, looking for my dog, I got information from passers-by that a group of teens are holding on to him and they were inform that we are looking for a Shih Tzu.

"These teens have a pet dog too and it was obvious as my dog was struggling in their arms.

"Previously, a poster was put up with a reward of $500 for a lost dog too.

"Till today, my dog has not yet been found despite the 100 posters we put up around town."

How come you 'go around to look for your dog'? You mean you let your dog run around on his own & not on a leash?

Hopefully, the laws-maker are going to change the policy even for non-rational animals
