STOMPer Andy says a trio of Cisco parking attendants issued a summons to practically everyone at the Kallang MPT Carnival, in spite of the event organisers' arrangements.
The STOMPer wrote:
"The event Kallang MPT Carnival was held yesterday (Aug 18) from 12pm -10pm at Kallang carpark F.
"The Cisco parking attendant supervisor and two of his man started combing the carpark from end to the other issuing summons.
"They were confronted when almost all the cars at the event carpark had received a ticket each.
"The exit of CarPark F was barricaded permenantly for the drag racing event.
"The entrance of Car Park F also had barricades set up for event organisers, participants, support groups, safety, media and attendees .
"The parking attendant supervisor was unable to give a satisfactory answer and escaped when being shown the barricades set in place at the event carpark entrance with a signboard indicating that the carpark was closed for the event.
"This mistake resulted in close to a hundred car owners' inconvenience.
"Organisers at the event said that they had booked the entire carpark for the event."
