New tactic by loan shark? Look at this threatening SMS

STOMPer Rowley and several of his friends received these threatening SMSes. When he called, all he heard was a message from SingTel telling him the user was not available, implying the user had shut his phone off after sending the SMS.

The STOMPer wrote

"Check out this new loan scam."

"A few of my friends received this exact same message too.

"I actually played along and called him up, hoping to find out who he was, but SingTel said the user is not available.

"I think he must have turned off his phone after sending the SMSes."

I too lost my job when these ***** pigs came to my work-place & demand my salary from HR that I owe them, my HR rejected the request & terminated me, on the spot. And now, already 9months, I still jobless... Those who rich, plz donate me.. I need $$$ to survive otherwise I sure die of jobless

All stompers, be wary.. they mass sms whether or not, u loan.. by calling them, they already know, the hdp no. so, they will use another hdp no & promote their services. Usually when I receive sms or calls in my hdp, I will not call immediately. I will chk these no. fr yahoo or google or whocalls website, it will reflect the experience of other user gtg such calls, either u ignore them or save them under ***** pigs, the next time they call.. Ignore!!

I get these messages all the time on a Starhub business phone number, when I reply saying wrong number it says network out of order. I have reported it to Starhub but they don't care less.

Fellow stomper i too received those messages.I have made few reports regarding this.Just imagine receiving unknown numbers and asking for payments..shouting like a dog.just imagined when they say I WILL PASTE 100 PIECES OF UR COPY IC AT YOUR BLOCK N GIVE TO YOUR COLLEAGUE N WORK PLACE N MAKE SURE U LOSED UR JOB.. I come UR HSE TO TAKE MONEY ETC ETC.

That is not threating at all. I think you should revise your attitude before accusing business people of crimes.
