STOMPer qi took a video of a large number of motorcyclist taking a shortcut from across the Causeway to Singapore. The STOMPer says this is frequent, and this disturbs the residents at Woodlands Waterfront as the motorcyclist do not give them the right of way.
Said the STOMPer:
"Morning bike show at Woodlands Waterfront.
"This video shows the amazing number of bikes coming out of Woodlands Waterfront's entrance on a Saturday morning at around 8.15am.
"I find this really disturbing to residents trying to cross the road to get to the waterfront for a morning workout.
"I've personally experienced crossing the road with my parents at the pedestrain crossing.
"When the traffic was in our favour, the motorcyclists actually did their right-turn without waiting for us to cross!
"So we had a terrible experience of bikes swerving all around us while crossing the road.
"The waterfront was erected to give Singaporeans a place to relax and enjoy the scenic view of Singapore's coastline, but it has now become a shortcut for bikes coming from across the Causeway to Singapore :("

The issue here is road safety. Does it mean the bikers could drive recklessly after paying $4?
Or may I rephrase, do you mind being hit by reckless bikers and do not blame them because they had paid $4?
Hahaaa... Meaning your life worth $4 only...
