Worker cleans window ten stories above the ground with no harness

STOMPer Roland spotted this man standing precariously 10 stories above the ground level to clean windows at this block of flats in Hougang.

The STOMPer wrote:

"This was taken between 9.35am to 9.40am on Aug 2.

"A worker was risking his life standing outside the window parapet without safety measures on the 10th floor of an Block 232, Hougang Avenue 1 to clean a window.

"1f he were to lose his balance the consequence would be very serious!"
