Owner washes car in handicapped lot instead of nearby empty lot
STOMPer PY spotted a car owner washing his car parked in a handicapped lot even though there was a empty lot nearby.
The STOMPer wrote:
"This car owner was so inconsiderate.
"He was washing his car in the handicapped lot, simply ignoring the empty lot and handicapped lot sign nearby."

ok first of all... the handicap sign and lot is for the handicapped... fine alright... but can't u see he is actually kinda considerate by not washing at a parking lot as others may want to park. even if he is washing his car in a parking lot, stomper would have still taken a picture to post that he is so ... this, so that... whatever really... and and i m sure that after the washing is done, he would have moved the car to a parking lot, or perhaps if there was a handicapped person who needs to park, he would have given the parking lot to him or here... anyways since "some" love to complain and comaplain and complain... so... well...
