Big puddles of water at Plaza Singapura carpark might cause vehicles to skid

A STOMPer was concerned for the safety of motorists after seeing large puddles of water at the Plaza Singapura carpark.

Wrote the STOMPer:

"Big puddles of water seen at Plaza Singapura carpark, probably due to the heavy rain earlier on. 

"I wonder why the management is not doing anything about it. 

"It's dangerous for motorists."

So you mean if it's raining then all should not drive? Or government have to come out with many people to mop the roads before everyone can drive?

Why would a car skid? Unless you're like drifting in the carpark?
