Pranksters must be behind fallen motorcycles at Sembawang carpark

Two motorcycles that were toppled over when parked at a carpark in Sembawang got STOMPer R. Allie wondering if these incidents were the work of mischievous individuals.

The STOMPer wrote:

"Is your carpark safe?

"This happened at a carpark in Sembawang.

"This has already happened twice -- the first incident involved my bike and now, it happened to someone else. Poor fella.

"I don't think strong winds blew it down.

"We pay parking fees so I think it's best to install CCTV to monitor these places."

No point with cctv ... school holiday always got his shit happen ... basically the police will "advise" you to park at deck 1 but ...always full ... need to park other area ...

complaint to HDB and suggest to install CCTV. anyway parking not free so we have right to have a car park with better safety standard.

maybe next time they recycle plastic bottles and just paint and glue them into position than paste A4 recycle paper saying CCTV installed. fake casing also don't need to buy.
