STOMPer Klee felt that the main entrance and toilets of CentrePoint are badly designed and possibly hazardous to the young and old. The STOMPer also suffered an injury due to a curb in the mall's toilet.
The STOMPer said:
"The CentrePoint Shopping Mall is neither a kid-friendly nor an elderly-friendly mall, with lots of hazards waiting to happen.
"Firstly, the main entrance to the mall has neither a slope nor a side entrance for strollers and wheelchairs.
"Secondly, the toilet layout has a small entrance and wheelchairs cannot manoeuvre around it.
"Worst of all, there is a curb outside the cubicle.
"I am a victim of this bad design as I have fallen, sprained my ankle and hurt my kneecap as a result of the curb.
"I cannot imagine if someone elderly falls because of it.
"With most of the malls renovating and upgrading, I wonder if the authorities will look into this.
"It is an utterly disappointing and unpleasant experience patronizing this mall."
