Vandals deface traffic light post at Esplanade MRT station with stickers
STOMPer Smaf is annoyed that this traffic light post near Esplanade MRT station has been defaced with countless stickers.
Said the STOMPer:
"I spotted this near Esplanade MRT.
"A huge section of the traffic light pole was covered with circular stickers, similar to the ones by the "My Grandfather Road" vandal.
"I'm appalled that these vandals show no signs of stopping and are going from bad to worst.
"This incident really shows how public property can be destroyed by mere stickers."
Check out image 1 for the vandalised traffic light post in the gallery below, and pictures of the "My Grandfather Road" vandalism in the rest of the gallery.

It's not universally welcome so it is wrong to impose that kind of 'creativity' on everyone. That is why it's called vandalism. You want to be creative? Go do some REAL art; put it up in a gallery.just don't deface public property.

It's creativity being misplaced! Creativity cos it's not chewing gum Misplaced cos it's like sticking chewing everywhere & someone has to clear

These stickers can be entertaining. I pity a fool such as you who are unable to accept creativity from others.

It just not an excuse! It really Art! This is called Inde, in case some are to old to understand.. Independent art.. Which means they fund themselves and they promote a closeness for Singaporean isn't it? When looking at these stickers I felt entertained and it actually brightened my day! Some art people may not like it, yes I agree.. But in this case there are people who do appreciate it right? So you can't say it is an excuse! All these words are usually used in most of Singaporean conversation isn't it? When you have these stickers it really makes you feel that Singapore is really a unique country.. Furthermore, it was at esplanade! For goodness sake! Do you know that it is the art distric of Singapore!? Orchard, city hall area? Is time to stop and rethink your appreciation for such daring people man!
