How could bus driver allow 9 commuters to stand on upper deck?

STOMPer Dominic feels that the bus driver should have been more concerned about passengers who had to stand on the upper deck of a bus.

The STOMPer said in Chinese:

"The bus driver of a double-decker bus did not bother about passengers' safety.

"He allowed nine commuters to stand on the upper deck.

"I hope the relevant authority can help with this."

"双层的新加坡巴士司机没有顾虑到其它乘客的安全,让楼上站满了九位乘客,希望有关当局能加以防范和改善。谢谢。"

seriously i think it's ok esp when peak hour just like some express bus waiting time is 25mins, the bus arrived pack u have to wait for next bus if next bus pack again den what? wait again ah? super waste time u know?

Today on Sv19 double decker bus (SBS9306K), I glanced throughout the upper deck side ceiling and found the warning has been removed. In its place I see the No Assault on Driver warning instead. So you see, the lives of the drivers are more important and that now it is safe to stand on the upper deck. Case closed!

the safety warning is there for a "reason", not suka suka say one. Must people really push boundaries till something really happen then remedy it? then i do hope you live to tell the tale...
