Why provide ash trays when smoking is not allowed at bus stops?
STOMPer JJ wonders why authorities still provide dustbins with ash trays when smoking is prohibited at bus stops.

Smokers will still smoke everywhere they go. You want those smokers to dump the stubs on the ground is it?

The ash tray is for ppl to put out their cigarettes when at bus stop, not stand there and smoke
