Are the rules on MRT unclear? Woman spotted drinking on train

STOMPer Yumiko spotted this woman drinking on the MRT.

The STOMPer wrote:

"This lady was drinking on the train.

"I wonder whether the rules on the MRT are clear?

"What I know is that absolutely no eating or drinking is allowed on train, including feeding of babies."

How dumb. They ought to clearly explain why drinking water not even allowed in their so 'clean' premises.

I pity your remarks and opinions.... Are you aware that there are much more serious acts of violations occuring in the train like drinking of soft drink rather than perhaps bottled plain water?

I am also honest to say that I had been drinking from my bottled water bottle in the train in the past.
