STOMPer rain caught sight of two women putting on makeup in a moving train, and one of them was sitting on a Reserved Seat.

Said the STOMPer:

"These women, who seemed to be foreigners, were putting on their makeup in the train."

Stomper, are you in need of the money? As long as they give up their seat later, I don't think there is a problem with sitting on the reserved seat.
I swear, stompers are like 12 year old kids who just want money and don't mind looking like retards, even the slightest thing can be brought to stomp, and the moderators approve of this bullcrap. Dafuq.
