This man occupies three seats and pretends to sleep

STOMPer Annaparkker noticed that this man was occupying three seats on the train, and he was pretending to be asleep.

Said the STOMPer:

"This man deliberately took up three seats to "sleep" when he's obviously not sleeping because he kept opening his eyes to see if anyone is looking at him."

SMRT staff never around when they are needed. In Hong Kong, they have a hot line and the staff will be waiting at the next station when a report come in. Why can't SMRT have a hot line too?
