Maybe she's just too hungry or in a rush. It's not like u meet her everyday on the same 190 bus n shes like eating everyday!!??? Or she eat n then throw rubbish on bus!!??? Then that would be peculiar or inconsiderate n u wanna stomp abt it..fine! If not, just cut them some slack? It's already stressful enough nowadays.......

So far after the prohibition signs are put up but nobody police it. Just like illegal parking of cars at double white lines, double yellow lines, double zig zag lines, no stopping areas, etc. and motorcycles on footpaths, they even horn you when they are riding on the footpath as if they have the right of way!
