STOMPer Alex saw this video online, showing a man blatantly smoking on the train, without anyone even bothering to stop him.
The man seemed to be struggling to stay awake as he was smoking.

Hey i have seen this man around lorong ah soo coffeshps asking ppl for money a few times.. And he was high on drugs too when asking ppl for money, just like in e video.Everybody just chased him away when he came to their tables... I am sure that he is high on drugs in e video too.

Uncle no smoking on MRT la u want let train officers come fine u is it and u polluting the air with ur smoking and it is common knowledge not to smoke in air con place
