STOMPer Sinkaporean1 saw this old man taking up an entire seat on the bus by taking off his shoes and placing his feet on the seat.

Said the STOMPer:

"This old man or 'ah pek' is making himself at home on an SBS Bus Service 30.

"While he was occupying a seat meant for two people, he also took off his shoes and put his legs on the seat."

From what I can see he is concentrating reading his horse race.Maybe he used to be a horse jockey thats why he sat like that.LOL.

Actually this uncle quite ok what...there are empty seats around. If the bus becomes crowded most likely he'll just move over.

You just haven't been seated next to someone who pick their nose and wipe it on the seat, which I have. THEN you will know what's inconsiderate.

Beside your picture whoring, did you use your initiative to walk up to him and ask him to kindly give up the seat to anyone needing it? Practice graciousness not incite hostility. Personally i have asked a few guys and uncles to put down their bags and feet when the transport prove to be too pack for their selfish comfort...talk is cheap! You are just one of the many taking pictures and doing nothing at all to make the situation better? Till date, all of my approach didn't give me too much of a problem. In fact the individual/s are more often than not, embarrassed at the request and move off immediately...problem solved. Don't dwell upon problems not seeking solutions ok?

Young man, this uncle was schooling you were not in this world. When this uncle was carring rifle & defending coutry, you were succking milk. When this uncle was working & give his mother $200 every month, you don't know how do diffrentiate pang sai & urine. When this uncle became father you just enter kindergarten & say good morning gicher (teacher). When this uncle give his salary to his wife & his 3 children $100.00 each, you say mummy I want to buy book give me $30.00 & I want to buy exercise book & pen give me $20.00. Inconsiderate for others.

Another type are those who rest their legs on the sofa/couch/seats in the cafeteria/library. They never think that others might have to sit on them after they left and dirt and smell of their feet might stain onto others. Not gracious at all.
