Women eat and drink openly at Redhill MRT station
Tweet
These women ignored the 'No Eating and Drinking' sign at the column near them and just openly drank and ate at the MRT platform.
In an email which STOMPer Perturbed sent in today (Dec 17), the STOMPer wrote:
"These two ladies were seen eating and drinking at the Redhill MRT platform despite the "No eating and drinking " sign that was at the column next to them.
"Shouldn't SMRT be doing some enforcement? It seems that this kind of situation is getting more common."

The human side of care, understanding and heart for another?
Most commuters are rushing from place to place or catching up with time..
Some sip of water or bite of bread/food to quench thirst or hunger.. anything wrong with this?
As long they don't litter nor disturb others..
Esp the babies and little kids or students or some working people .. they may have missed their meals during rush hours..
Commuters should be united and be focus to fight for benefit among themselves rather complain about each other..
There are so much thing to focus on:-
1)Frequency of MRTs esp peak hours
2)Type of public transport esp are the buses sufficient, pick up points convenient?
3)Forever going up fares
There are so many areas that Singapore transport system needs to be improve on.. why not feedback more on these??
where got eat? no evidence leh....drink only lah...bo liao.
