Guy plonks himself down on the floor immediately after boarding train
STOMPer Pepo was annoyed by this guy who sat on the train floor and blocked commuters who were trying to enter and exit the cabin.
Said the STOMPer:
"Guy sits on the floor and blocks commuters.
"This guy sat on the floor straight after coming into the train, thus,blocking commuters who were walking.
"He sat on the floor while using his phone."

i have seen this guy. he has downs syndrome. i have seen him several times. once he even opened his homework and did it there on the floor. he goes to a special school
