Guys sit right in the middle of train floor -- to play noisy game of 'chopsticks'

STOMPer kinder caught sight of two youths playing 'chopsticks' while seated on the train floor.

Said the STOMPer:

"These guys were howling and they sat on the floor playing chopsticks...

"You call this a developed country?"

Younger teens sitting on the reserved seats and not giving up the seat to elderlies/pregnant women, everybody gets mad.
But when these teens are playing chopsticks and sitting on the floor.. You guys feel its okay
