Woman ignores stares to eat and drink on the MRT

STOMPer Matthew was on the MRT when he spotted this woman both eating and drinking, despite stares from other commuters.

Said the STOMPer:

"On the June 23, we were sitting on the opposite seat when this young lady entered the train at Paya Lebar station.

"Most of the commuters kept staring at her.

"She ignored the stares, and continued eating and drinking.

"She acted like nobody is going to complain."

Since someone says tt shes from bejing, so tt explains y shes having dis bochap attitude.. cuz in china alot ppl eat n drinks in train..They simply jus buy one whole set of mac meal n eat in train.. She jus duno she cant do tt, all she nid is someone to tell her n not someone to stomp her-_-"

i agree with sickofdrama, i think singaporeans need to just 'confront' if you feel someone is not doing the right thing. instead, most of the people just snap a picture insidiously and post it up online.

there was a day when my colleague boarded on a train when it was quite empty and he just simply sat at the reserved seat. he was half asleep and suddenly something FLASHED on him. it was a lady forgetting to turn off her flash before snapping a picture of him. the lady just simply walked away. the train was empty..what was wrong about sitting at reserved seats? if i were him, i would have sought trouble with her. these random coward shutterbugs need to be taught some lessons!

You people are really on a whole new level of gossiping... If there's a person on the train doing something that bothers you enough to make you write a bloody post about it, say something to them instead of just staring. Your stupid stares don't do anything. SOCIETY FAIL

Since nowadays public buses have CCTV installed oredi, why don't they do it the same 4 SMRT! That way not only they can trace back somebody doing wrong things on train, is also serve the purpose of evidence if they 1 2 fight back, hense they can also monitor the peak hrs rush, the ah lian & evil elderly footage & many more? Don't know what they r thinking? Otherwise they will be loaded with fine that everyday ppl do the stupid things? Hahaha!

Nah , STOMPers will complain if their own photo are taken and posted online . Shameful you know ?
