Ugly Commuters
Not a single commuter offers pregnant woman a seat

STOMPer Jan Lew was furious that none of the male commuters seated in this train cabin, including a NS guy, offered seat to this pregnant woman.

The STOMPer wrote:

"No one is willing to give up their seat to a poor pregnant woman, including a NS guy.

"What does the army teach the men nowadays?"

Just earlier last month, another STOMPer was disappointed that not a single man offered the female commuters a seat.

Most of you that commented about paying the same fare....blah blah blah are just plain morons.

The sign clearly states Reserved, meaning??? If you don't belong to those indicated on the pic...you should not be seating on the reserved seats in the first place.

If such men cant even show sympathy and courtesy to pregnant woman, i doubt they would give their future wives a better treatment.

of course everyone pays to board the public transport, well, obviously. if someone is more in need of the seat than u, why would u keep finding excuses for yourself for not giving your seat?

there is a picture big enough showing that the 2 dark-coloured RESERVED seats are for the people in need, for people shown in the picture.

giving seat to the needy is the rite things to do... so what if everyone pay for the ride? BIG DEAL?? other country can do better by giving up seats and we singapore only throw our own face on the floor
