So sad that no one gave up seat to this elderly woman on train

STOMPer Sermak is disappointed that no one gave up their seat to an elderly woman on the train.

Said the STOMPer:

"So sad nobody gave up their seat.

"This happened this morning while I was taking the Circle Line train to work.

"To my surprise, nobody gave up their seat to this granny.

"When she entered the train, there were still two empty seats but they were quickly taken up by others...

"Where have all of our courteous Singaporeans gone?"

Oh, they're long dead. With so much foreigners who takes singaporean's kindness and granted, as advantage, who wants to be kind anymore? Forever getting stepped on by them?

i only yield my seat to those frail old people who hardly able to stand, not to those kiasu aunties who have tremendous stamina in pushing their way onto the train car or buses.

Friday morning I was on circle line to Esplanade Library from Buona Vista.I noticed this Indian woman too but I don't think she is old.Next time I will give up my seat.
