Commuter continues eating nasi lemak on bus despite stares from around him
A male commuter was caught eating a packet of nasi lemak on the bus by STOMPer Bella, who also noted that he was unperturbed by the stares of other commuters.
The STOMPer wrote:
"I was on my way home with a friend on bus number 969, heading towards Woodlands when I saw this uncle eating on the bus.
"He continued eating his nasi lemak even after the passengers around him noticed it.
"The uncle even asked his wife, who was sitting in front of us, to help him untie the packaging of his sambal.
"He doesn't seem to care even when people looked at him."

"He doesn't seem to care even when people looked at him."... since when is "LOOKING" a form of communication? again another fool snapping a picture and posting it online instead confronting the guy there and then. No balls is it?

actually eating and drinking prohibited just like mrt but drinking still okay on bus as they are not strict as on trains... on trains even drinking of plain water may land you a fine.. but right now hard to catch as some stations have 7-11 in the station.. how to fine? pple can just say I brought from 7-11 nearby..

previously I reported to bus captain.. bus captain did not even do anything.. so bo bian just leave with it... .. Reason: if bus driver ask pax to stop eating.. means that they also should not drink coffee on bus which some bus driver does... since they also disobey rules=== they wont catch.. just like smoking.. if you are tasked to catch smokers and you smoke, of course you wont so hardworking to catch.

Uncle trying to show that, even in the bus, you can still eat nasi lemak without worry. although there maybe some bumpy rides. But seriously if they are too hungry, eat before getting on the bus.

@ simplyhappy.. BTW, to answer your question as to why no one bother to stop him or inform the driver? Well, basically it boils down to "mind your own business".. This is how Singaporean behave and rather complain in stomp/FB etc.. Sad..

Wow.. Wonder what the comments will be if it is a PRC? When it is a PRC or FT doing this same thing, we will get more "crap" comments.. Why so nice to this man and start to abuse the stomper ha???? Hmmmm...

I am always puzzled as to why no one inform the bus driver or directly tell the culprits to stop eating in public transport!! Ppl here need to learn to apply peer pressure to stop all disgusting acts in public.
