Commuter leaves over 10 bags of groceries on bus floor, blocking exit
STOMPer Ng noticed that a commuter on bus service 187 had left over 10 bags of groceries on the floor close to the exit.
Said the STOMPer:
"I took Bus 147 home after a long day at Nex Mall and there were no unoccupied seats on the bus.
"So I thought there was still space for people to stand.
"But to my surprise, I saw over 10 plastic bags of groceries on the floor, blocking the exit.
"The owner of the groceries was nowhere to be seen as he/she must have been siting down somewhere.
"I find this very selfish.
"What if someone on the wheelchair wants get onto the bus?"

Looks like SBST Service 147. SMRT Service 187 not this type of model (You can see the floorboard & the WAB bell identical to SBST)

I hope the shopper don't anyhow throw those plastic bags and dirty the neighbourhoods.

SMRT and SBS please charge additional fares for those carry more than three plastic bag. Also charge additional for luggage and stroller. This people doesnt care for other passengers who board the bus and make others inconvenience. Those who put plastic bag or bag on the seat must pay double fare.
