Selfish commuter eats and dumps rubbish on MRT seat

STOMPer Casey was travelling on the East-West line when she witnessed an inconsiderate commuter eating on the MRT. As if that was not bad enough, the commuter dumped his rubbish on the reserved seat next to him, and then slept throughout the remaining journey until Tanah Merah.

The STOMPer writes:

"I was on board the last train to Pasir Ris when I saw this guy munching on his Filet-O-Fish from Clementi to Redhill.

"When done eating, he dumped his rubbish on the seat next to him.

"He then slept from Outram Park all the way to Tanah Merah.

"His actions was not caught but I noticed there are CCTV onboard."

What can the MRT do to this kind of rubbish commuter.Whenever someone eat sweets to avoid giddiness, the MRT station staff will impose a fine. This is not correct.Eating sweets get fine, but eating meals scout free.Useless MRT staff.
