Old man so exhausted he sleeps standing up: Why is no one offering him a seat?
STOMPer Emily was upset by the sight of this elderly man sleeping on his feet in a train while other commuters sat playing with their phones.
The STOMPer wrote:
"This old man had fallen asleep while standing beside this woman at the Reserved Seat.
"He was standing on the train from Kallang all the way to Pasir Ris.
"The woman behind him didn't give up the seat for him but sat continuously playing with her phone.
"The old man was dozing off and nearly fell on his face.
"What heart does this woman have?"

yeah, i actually asked some1 to give up his seats to let a pregnant lady to sit on it instead. i dont care if he's busy playing with phone, or listen music with close eye. if he dont see it, i'll make him see. seriously, dont just stomp, be initiative.

I agree with Mydeejavu. I think everyone should play a part and be a little more considerate towards others. Then SG would be a much better and harmonious place! :)

Stop blaming Emily my fellow friends, put yourself in her shoes, would you even dare to ask the commuters to give up their seats for this elderly? Touch your heart and stop being a keyboard warrior. It's punishable by death. Period.

People don't respect their elderly anymore ??...what happened to the values sociality had??...there is a result why the seat is called reserved...it's for people like him to seat and not get hurt or injured....
