Certis Cisco illegally parks on a busy road
It is not the first time that Kelvin has spotted Certis Cisco vans obstructing traffic to handle ATM matters.

"I was along Tiong Bahru Plaza when I saw this Certis Cisco Van parked on a directional open road for 10 to 20 minutes, obstructing traffic.
"Its not the first time. I've seen many other Cisco vans parked on roads all around Singapore.
"I actually gave feedback to LTA, their explanation is that Cisco handles cash for loading and unloading and matters of high value thats why they stop at the side."

cisco vehicle cannot be summon by TP because they are from the same company that is CERTIS CISCO.so they not park illegally or what...they park is because they want to deposit money to atm.if they dun have to deposit those $$ u dun have money to withdrawl.got it?
