Commuters 'act blur' to avoid giving up seats to parent carrying child

STOMPer Veronica spotted these two commuters hogging Reserved Seats on MRT and ignoring a person with baby in front of them.

@missyval
They would be around10am-4pm, 8-11pm. Perhaps my views are quite different. But at these timings, the mrt would not be so crowded depending on where you get on. A suggestion would be to take a bus if you're at an interchange. Even though its longer and shakier, you can still rest your legs. And of course, when ppl are obviously pregnant then someone should give the seat up. I've ever seen people trying to give up seats to old people/ kids/ pregnant women but some aunties will snatch up the seats in a split second. That didn't happen just once too.

@hatelamers

i need to agree with u that stomper should hv done someting, but alot of times, ppl from other seats are being blocked by people standing in front of them. N i strongly feel that either one of them shd give up the seats

@whysostupid
Why not list down the timings for the trains to be empty? I would like to board them. I dun simmer there lik an idiot cuz i'm fine with standing just cant tolerate those who saw my protuding tummy n yet pretends. Such disgusting act. If a pregnant woman, wans to dress as thou she is nt, den be it. Ignore her as she may or may not be pregnant. As our tummy starts protuding, we will tend to dress pregnantly, its nt difficult to identify one.

For all we know, they did offer their seats but the parent declined cos she/he was fine with standing or alighting soon etc
