What makes a champion gymnast in China: Years of excruciating training
The training regime gymnasts undergo under the age of 10 in China is nothing short of punishing, as these pictures show.

Please refer to picture 31. Not only Chinese do it, it's the fundamentals of gymastics across the world.
My mother used to do gymastics like this and she really enjoys it. Is there a need to post such a biased view?
