Inspired by or funny coincidence? Ordinary people with famous names

Is it mere coincidence that a person you know looks almost like that television character with the same name, or was the character inspired by that person? Whatever it is, some of them, related or not, bear a striking resemblance to their famous namesakes.

"They say there are 7 people in the world who look identical to you.

"That is determined by genetics, but how about names?
