Bus 65 diverted due to Thaipusam procession, tours SMU to regain route

STOMPer Mary says the driver of the bus 65 appeared confused by the road diversion due to the Thaipusam procession today. He was later forced to drive around SMU in a bid to get back on his bus route.

Mary wrote:

"This happened on Feb 7 at 9am.

"The driver appeared to have been unaware of the Thaipusam festival procession along his bus route, and was unsure of where to go.

"He ended up driving around SMU, only regaining the route at YMCA, missing a stop along the way.

"Passengers had asked him to stop them at a bus stop along the route instead, and he promptly did so.

"I was expecting a commotion to break out actually, but the whole matter was resolved well."

i think this also caused a few minutes of commotion unlike the previous case which caused a 2hour and also because bus driver refused to listen to passenger but his operator instead.
anyway, this post is unnecessary esp. since u mentioned driver seems UNAWARED.
