STOMPer dogslover came across two dogs locked up at a pet shop in Serangoon at night. The STOMPer says both dogs were barking non-stop, and one of the dogs was locked up in a tiny cage.
Says the STOMPer:
"I went to Caltex at 559 Uppper Serangoon Road for refuelling and happened to hear dogs barking.
"I looked around and found a poor dog barking in this shop called Pet Zone. I went closer and found that there was another dog locked in a tiny cage!
"The dogs have been barking non-stop and looked so pitiful! I tried to look for the shop's owner but couldn't find him.
"Is the owner being negligent? The dogs seem hungry but there was nothing I could do.
"Is there any organisation that can do something about this to remind the owner of this shop to treat the dogs better?"

I don't think so this is an abuse case.
It seems like the shop is closed after business hours.
Looks like the dogs stay there in the shop, I think it's very common for pet shops to own their own house dogs.
It seems like you are filming the black dog barking at you, and you are irritating the dog with unknown stranger like you , that is why the dog barks at you.This is commonsense question to dog owners as to why a dog barking at you.
Please do leave the dogs alone and don,t disturb their peace..
