Cute sight, but dog on lap might be distracting for driver

STOMPer doggie spotted this dog seated on a driver's lap, and wonders if the dog might be a distraction for the driver.

Says the STOMPer:

"This driver is having a real causal Sunday.

"I was walking on the overhead bridge and saw this dog popping his head out on the driver's window.

"It does looks very fun but wouldn't it also distract the driver?

"I wonder if its it an offense to do so in Singapore?"

The car is stationary le..... May Singaporean driver should be concentrating on the road instead of other things. If Singaporean can do it I'm sure there will b less accident and less traffic jam. Especially taxi driver so kpo.
