Check out these artistic but a tad freaky vegetable art, or vegetable totems by photographers Carolina Amoretti and Matteo Abbo which STOMPer JUGSofClay found online.
Totems are objects, usually carved and painted, that serve as the symbol of a family or clan, often as a reminder of its bloodline and ancestry.
The STOMPer wrote:
"I think vegetarians and vegans will love these pictures -- it's made up of food they'll gladly have any day!"
"From an artistic point of view, I think it's great that Amoretti and Abbo can conjure up such great photographs.
"These images are symmetrical if you look closely and are modelled based on the works of Giuseppe Arcimboldo, an Italian painter who's known for creating portraits from objects such as fruits and vegetables."
"Hope this artisitic marvel puts a smile on your face and make it a great weekend ahead."
