Youth crosses road 'dangerously' -- by climbing over divider

A photo of a youth climbing over a road divider in a precarious manner at a local university caught the attention of a STOMPer, who was baffled as to why the youth didn't choose to use an overhead bridge which was nearby.

The STOMPer wrote:

"Dangerous crossing stunt seen opposite NIE/NTU canteen A.

"Seen on my friend's facebook -- there's an overhead bridge but the student chose not to use it.

"From afar, he almost looks headless or beheaded, which could well have happened if there had been an accident."
