Waters near Sembawang Shipyard take on oily sheen

STOMPer bob_86 saw an oily sheen on the waters near Sembawang Shipyard.

Said the STOMPer (Jan 19):

"Saw this pollution for the past 2 days at Sembawang Shipyard...

"I'm not really sure what's the cause...

"What concerns me is the welfare of the fishes and if I'm not mistaken there are kelongs nearby that belong to Malaysia.

"And its located near Senibong seafood village.

"What if the oil or whatever liquid poisons the fishes?"
