What an eyesore: Cigarette butts left lying on floor next to bin

STOMPer Yin Tian is peeved at how smokers leave their cigarette butts on the floor surrounding the bin.

Said the STOMPer:

"I saw this when I was on my way to work.

"The bin was located near the bicycle stands outside Nex and Serangoon MRT.

"Even though cigarette butt littering isn't something new, it still bugs me.

"It's not only disgusting, but it's also an eyesore."
