A video of seven youths ganging up on a teenager who was out alone in a neighbourhood in the US has gone viral, prompting STOMPer Peace to criticize the attack after watching it.
In the footage posted online, the 17-year-old victim was dragged around an alley by his assailants, who were mostly hooded, while being assaulted by them.
There were as many as 6 attackers mauling the teenager at one instance, some of them even using items like a shoe and a block of snow to hit the victm.
Despite bleeding from the nose, the teenager stood up and attempted to reason with his attackers but that only led to further beatings and a death threat as well.
The contents from inside his bag were also snatched from him while he was pinned down by one of the attackers.
STOMP understands that he was also robbed of his shoes, wallet and money.
The STOMPer wrote:
“I found this video while browsing through an online video site.
“The man getting beaten up was saying, ‘please no more, don't hit me anymore please’.
“Obviously, this guy didn't do anything and got jumped still. His command of English wasn't good either.
“The original poster took the video down for obvious reasons but was still proud of his ‘accomplishment’ in the comments he was proud of his accomplishment.
“One of the attackers even showed his face on camera. This has caused an uproar among the Asian community.”
