Residents turn handicapped ramp railings into laundry area

STOMPer littlemisschatterbox says residents living on the ground floor of this block in Tampines had turned the railing of this handicapped ramp into a place to hang clothes out to dry.

Said the STOMPer:

"I saw this in the Tampines area, Block 800 plus.

"So now the railing on the handicapped ramp becomes useful for those staying on the ground level -- as a bamboo pole to hang and dry their clothes.

"Is this being considerate to other residents?"
