Soya milk turns sour days before due to expire
STOMPer JanLDen says that the soya milk he purchased yesterday (Jan 11) has already turned sour even though its expiry date is in a week.
Says the STOMPer:
"I bought this Marigold soya milk from a provision shop at Jurong East MRT yesterday, Jan 11, 2012.
"I was shocked to open the drink as it's all concentrated like fermented tofu.
"How can this happen when it expires only on Jan 18, 2012?"

This only prove that you doesnt have much basic knowledge...
It is probably due to the package which is not sealed properly, causing contaimination and resulting it to turn sour quickly.
Check the seal before drinking. If the seal have gone off or when you did not feel any pressure when opening the seal, it is probably contaminated, air is entering it somewhere.
