Good job for building covered walkway from Pasir Panjang MRT station to bus stop

STOMPer Socrates feels that the current trend of building covered walkways linking the bus stop to the Pasir Panjang train station is worth being commended.

Said the STOMPer:

"The authorities has now come out with a novel way to save public funds.

"Previously, the bus stop would be built first, and the covered walkway linking it to the MRT station or HDB would be built later.

"This picture was taken outside the Pasir Panjang MRT station.

"Once you exit the MRT station, the covered walkway links to the bus stop.

"So the walkway also serves as a covered bus stop.

"Also seats are provide for commuters at the bus stop.

"This is killing two birds with one stone."
