Residents dump rubbish at lift lobby, and cleaners won't clear them away

STOMPer EvilCareBear was annoyed at the residents in his block who were dumping rubbish at the lift lobby.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I spotted rubbish being dumped by irresponsible residents at the lift lobby.

"This was at the 9th floor of Blk 235 at Yishun St 21.

"This is not the first time that rubbish was being dumped at the lift lobby by the residents.

"Since these residents can make their way to the lift lobby, why can't they take the lift down to the first floor to dump the rubbish?

"Shame on you! To add on, these rubbish can be seen lying there for days and the cleaners does not seem to know that it has to be cleared!"

My estate in the West. Rubbish in public areas get cleaned but those areas only for residents, does not.

Every month, we pay so much to TC to clear rubbish for us,....so we paid, they clear the rubbish loh! Fair mah!

So how? The peron who throw and cleaner don't want to clear. Why not you clear it then stomp here saying you helped instead?

Why not? Cause you're also another one who thinks that I didn't throw it why must I clear it! It's the cleaner's job! So I am not touching it. Instead, I will STOMP it so hopefully someone can get into trouble and get fired!
