Poor cat abused at Woodlands block until it dies

STOMPer rain lim found a severely abused cat on the brink of death at the void deck of his block in Woodlands, which eventually died half an hour later.

The enraged STOMPer said:

"Someone had done this to the cat and when I saw it at the void deck of my block, the cat was almost dying.

"Despite calling for help from the SPCA, the cat died about half an hour later.

"I had tried to help the cat but it was no use.

"Please have some heart and humanity, you wouldn't want someone to do that to you too."
