All STOMPer skytrain88 wanted to do was to show his family the beautiful view of the waterfront area on New Year's Eve, but a group of youth on the observation platform told them to 'go away' as they were celebrating a friend's birthday.
Said the STOMPer (Dec 31):
"A public area became a private area.
"Today I brought my family members to Punggol waterfront at the Punggol park connector.
"This waterfront only opens on special occasions. So, today is New Year's Eve and I wanted to bring my family to see the beautiful park.
"There is an observation platform, so we went up there. But I was stopped by one of the people there.
"They said they are celebrating a friend's birthday party and asked us go away.
"I told them that this is a public area, then they said they have approval from the HDB.
"Why was this approved and now it becomes a private place?"

This can be understandable.
However, u believe that they applied HDB to have the public area (waterfront) belonging to them n chase u off? Then i think u r sure a stupix fool to believe them!
If I am you I will call Police to check on them n tell Police that what rights do their have to chase ppl away from public area??
