Which is more important: Air-con or safety?

STOMPer helloboi felt concerned when he saw a man climbing out of his flat window to fix his air-con.

Said the STOMPer:

"This man climbed out to fix his air-con.

"He is putting his life at stake by climbing out of his house on the 10th storey!"

You expect him to repair the air-con without climbing outside?He's already wearing a safety belt.
Dont expect him to bring in a crane for this kind of work.
Maybe a parachute..? On the other hand..parachute may not work..what about SCDF supplying Air-cushion safety balloon below the flats?
