Drunk man passes out at Peoples' Park bus stop

STOMPer Abro saw this man who smelled strongly of alcohol passed out at a bus stop outside People's Park Centre. Abro says the man was blocking the way, and might have vomited on one of the seats.

The STOMPer elaborates:

"I came across this scene yesterday while waiting for the bus outside Peoples' Park Centre at around 9.40pm.

"The passed out man appeared to be lying on the floor drunk, blocking the passage way with a strong alcoholic smell emitting from him.

"He was also believed to have vomited on the bench, as some tissues were seen placed on the bench absorbing the mess made by him.

"Should such act be ever be tolerated? What kind of impression will it give to the tourists of Singapore being a clean and green garden city?"

Err.. Instead of checking if he is okay, and help him, u STOMP him.. Is STOMP now for pple passing out, not giving up reserved seats, teenager kissing, fishing some 'huge' fish at some reservoir.
