STOMPer Crystal was irked by a group of youths who were singing loudly and clapping their hands in a restaurant at Plaza Singapura last Friday (Dec 16). Some of the restaurant crew also joined in the singing, instead of stopping them.
The STOMPer wrote:
“I was having dinner at a restaurant at Plaza Singapura last Friday (Dec 16) when a group of youngsters started singing loudly suddenly as if it were their own home.
“To make matters worse, the kids from the opposite table also joined in and they started walking around like they were superstars and clapping their hands.
“Some of the staff even joined in while others just stood at a side without stopping them all.
“They think it's Sin Ka Po got Talent -- what is this?
“Don't they know this is a seafood restaurant and not a karaoke joint?
“What made my blood boil was that one of them actually sat beside my table after everything and had the cheek to tell his friend, 'Shiok'.
“Don't kids have any idea how to behave in public these days?
